The Ayer, Harvard, Shirley, Devens Rotary Club will hold its first annual Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, February 24, from 11 to 4 p.m. at the Bull Run Restaurant in Shirley. Cornhole is more than a game with a strange sounding name. It's a true American pastime played by the best. Please join us on Saturday, February 24 for the Ayer Rotary Club's first annual Cornhole Tournament. The event will be held from 11 to 4 p.m. at the Bull Run Restaurant, Route 2A, Shirley.  Proceeds will benefit the charities of the Rotary Club.
 
Ayer Rotary has partnered with Boston Cornhole to manage the event. Play is limited to 32 two-person teams. Cash prizes of $600 for the first place team, $300 for second place team and $150 for third place team will be awarded. In addition to tossing a bean bag at a board, there will be raffles and a door prize.  Registration is just $60 per team! Space is limited and advance registration is required.  
 
Sponsorship opportunities are available for $250, and includes a complimentary team. 
 
A special Bull Run menu and full bar will be available for players and spectators. The event is free for spectators and open to the public.

Members provide humanitarian service and help build goodwill and peace in the world. The Ayer Rotary Club focuses their service both locally and participate in international initiatives such as Polio eradication.
